I invite you to reconnect with me & your true self through integrative yoga that inspires, guides & supports you on your healing journey.

During the last 1,5 years I have dedicated a lot of time to finishing my studies in Trauma Adapted Yoga (TAY) & deepening my work through studies in the Biology of Trauma®. My intention is to support conventional healthcare & social services with knowledge & practical tools for healing & rehabilitating from stress & trauma that is stored in the body.
I am now a certified Trauma Adapted Yoga teacher (TAY-300), specialized in trauma, ADHD & common co-morbidities. This means that I am certified to teach TAY to support & complement conventional healthcare for mental health issues & common psychiatric disorders, such as PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression, fatigue, bipolar disorder, schizofrenia & eating-disorders, as well as ADHD, addiction-treatment & self-harming behaviour.
I continue my studies in the Biology of Trauma® but I am happy to reconnect with you again on a regular basis & share with you the knowledge & wisdom that I have gained. If you are interested in my work & wish to benefit from it, you are welcome to practice integrative yoga with me.
Below is a list of what I offer at the moment.
Trauma Adapted Yoga (TAY)
TAY is an evidence-based form of yoga based on trauma research, neurobiology, yoga-therapy & body-oriented methods. It aims to foster a healthier relationship with one's body, encourage emotional regulation & promote rehabilitation. It serves as a complementary therapeutic practice that can support trauma recovery, reduce psychiatric symptoms & enhance conventional treatment interventions.
I offer TAY in the form of private yoga sessions (PT-yoga). We meet in a yogastudio in Täby or Stocksund.

Private Yoga (PT-Yoga)
I continue to offer private sessions that are individually tailored to your needs to support you on your healing journey. We meet either in person in a yoga studio in Täby or Stocksund or online on Zoom.
This is an opportunity for you to grow towards better health, personal development & resilience through science-based embodiment practices & nervous system regulation. I integrate pieces from the Biology of Trauma model® & TAY in these sessions.

Yoga Live Online
I continue to teach donation-based yoga classes live on Zoom every other Tuesday at 5.30-7.00 pm, starting Tuesday September 9th at 5.30-7.00 pm.
Register here to join (min. 3 hours before class).
Classes are gentle yet powerful, & you need no previous yoga experience. As I wish them to be available to all they are donation-based, meaning you contribute if & what you can.

Yoga Retreat
My next yoga retreat Landa i stillhet takes place on 3-6 September 2026 at beautiful Shambala Gatherings in Västmanland (Please note that the date has changed since my last blog post!). An early bird discount of 1 000 SEK is available, & bookings are made on Shambala's website.
If you have been on a previous retreat with me I am happy to offer you another 500 SEK discount. Let me know if you wish to book & I'll help you with the additional discount.
Studio Classes
I am teaching weekly yoga classes at the lovely yoga studio Yoginis & friends in Täby. This season I offer gentle yet powerful hatha yoga & free yoga for teenagers. I welcome new & old friends to practice with me & connect within this loving community.

Free Resources
I wish to support you in your everyday life through simple yet powerful yoga for free. On Spotify & Soundcloud you will find yoga nidras & other guided meditations with me that will help you ground yourself & restore your energy in 15-40 minutes. You are welcome to listen as often as needed, whenever you need a nurturing break.
