New certifications

I'm now certified by Dr. Aimie Apigian in another two Biology of Trauma-modules: The Biology of Freeze & Overwhelm and The Biology of Grief & Gut Health. I'll be integrating what I've learnt about how overwhelming stress/trauma & grief affects our health & how we can heal ourselves in my work, especially in my private yoga-sessions, in which you receive individually tailored guidance & support based on your personal situation & state of health.
